It's really magical. Did you know that the front and back edges match, so you can compare the right and wrong sides of the fabric to make sure it's even? I used them to secure the bias strip at the edges and to secure the gathered skirt at the waistband (see attached image). I used a zigzag stitch and dental floss to assemble the skirt and the magikclips held everything together well and were easy to adjust. It's nice if they don't pierce with needles when sewing. ;) The price for a pack of 100 is fantastic. Initially I bought a smaller package and even the smallest project could use more. If you're like me, you might have more than one project at a time, so having more than that saves me. :) I highly recommend them and will probably buy some as gifts for sewing family.
