ok. it was an impulse buy. I have about 200 vinyl records that I have neglected for years so I decided to buy this player. Firstly it's very durable and looks great and also the speakers are a lot bigger than I thought from the pictures. The sound is quite good at 40 watts, but there's no way to boost or cut the bass, mids, or treble. but sounded good enough. The speakers are cool because you can attach or detach them to the back of the player and carry them around the house, garden or kitchen while you work or take a shower, it's cool. Bluetooth phones, tablets or computers can also play music. The hardest part every time is pairing the speakers to the turntable. It's a real headache, but seems like there's a bit of a learning curve. a player doing his job. I just wish it had a turntable cover and an automatic needle that spins when the album is done. otherwise you can't go wrong.
