I read the reviews before purchasing and others had some issues, I didn't.1. There was no unpleasant odor when the box was opened. Yes, it smelled faintly of rubber, but... it's rubber. You buy a rubber mat everywhere, it smells the same. I am sensitive to smells and this was normal. I let them air out for a day before putting them in the vehicle.2. Firmware (extra pieces of gum from circumcision). I've seen one person have an issue with a black flash stuck to a red bar. I had small thin burrs on the edges where they were stamped but they came off easily. There was only one spot on the red and it came off with no problem.3. Someone mentioned that part of the driver's side footrest reclines. I haven't ridden them yet, so I can't say I've experienced it. However, this can be remedied by attaching self-adhesive Velcro with hooks to the back of the mat. There is a carpet section above the footplate for catchment. I know it's not perfect and the design should work on its own. But for the price, if that's an issue, this should fix it. Note: The front floor mats have holes in the base to snap into existing floor brackets. If you want to use this function, you have to take out the existing mats. Overall I think these are durable floor mats for the price. I love the red accents as they match the rest of my Jeep's color scheme. I was hoping to get a matching charging mat to keep the design but ended up ordering another brand without it. I'll update if I run into any issues or additional comments, but for now I hope this helped!
