It seems to have worked. That's what this reader told me.
Seems to work. This reader informed me that my engine check came down to a code "P0455" which is a loose gas cap. I disabled the error code and bought a new gas cap for $7. I considered buying one of these devices a few years ago, but they average $100. They have fallen sharply in price. I wonder how much a mechanic would charge me just to tell me I need a new gas cap? This device really empowers the consumer.
