it's great that it's solar powered and will definitely deter a would-be criminal. The problem I have with him is that he's too sensitive. The shadow will make it stand out. I set it to point in the direction someone would need to go or move for it to work. Unfortunately, if someone walks by and their headlights cast a shadow, it goes out. It is in a moderately passable zone, but guides my cars and motorcycles. He literally runs non-stop because of the shadows. I pissed off the neighbors about it. I had to turn it off when it was off. This equates to the fact that a Chihuahua will bark at anything and for no reason.
