Bought 2 of these scales in a row. Both failed after a very short time – around a week later. The attached photo shows what the display looks like after a failure. When working correctly, the display shown in the photo will quickly change to a dial display. But if that fails, the rendered image is all you get. The scales are sold in several retail outlets, but are most likely from the same manufacturer - probably in China. Don't waste money. I bought a cheap scale with similar specs after it broke down and it's still working fine.
