Review on 12204-31030: Quality Automotive Air Filter for Optimal Engine Performance by Andrew Kamkoff

Great price (as of October 2021) for genuine Toyota PCV for 4runner V6 2003 Cheaper than aftermarket purchase from Autozone/Advance Auto. In any case, this is a regular PCV valve. Not much to say about it or to go wrong. It's part of the service - I finally swapped my truck for the first time after 134,000 miles - I probably should have done it 70,000 miles ago - lol. but"It's Toyota!". Installation on my V6 4runner took about 15 minutes. Fairly easy to install (not as easy as my 2009 Sienna!). So yes, a good genuine Toyota part for the money.
