For 2007 Toyota FJ: OE Quality. If the PCV valve bearing is sticking, engine oil consumption will increase. My original PCV was still fine after 12 years. However, it is better to have a new valve and keep the old one as a spare.

Great price (as of October 2021) for genuine Toyota PCV for 4runner V6 2003 Cheaper than aftermarket purchase from Autozone/Advance Auto. In any case, this is a regular PCV valve. Not much to say about it or to go wrong. It's part of the service - I finally swapped my truck for the first time after 134,000 miles - I probably should have done it 70,000 miles ago - lol. but"It's Toyota!". Installation on my V6 4runner took about 15 minutes. Fairly easy to install (not as easy as my 2009 Sienna!).

A new valve came with the box. To be honest I found this part $1 cheaper on eBay but decided to buy it here at Revain to give constructive feedback to my fellow consumers.
