It should have been 5 stars but it isn't. Everything about this product is perfect except that it doesn't work. The ball is too slippery and I can't get any of the ram connectors to grab it tight enough so it doesn't slide back and forth. I'll roll it up somehow. This makes it ugly but functional. I shouldn't do this. Why can't a supplier just try a product ONCE before shipping it to every corner of the world? Heck, they already had a ram mount to steal the pattern. Why not try Ram's product to see how it works and then try your own to see if it doesn't work? It's a shame. This is a good deal and it can (should) be a 5 star product.
