Poor quality is best in vacuums and floor care

This item has a red button that allows the top end of the hose to be attached to and detached from the vacuum cleaner. When you put the hose on the vacuum cleaner or press the button to remove it, the button cover will come off and the button and spring will fall out. Two days after my first attempt to contact the manufacturer directly for returns or repair instructions, I still have not received anything from them. I processed the refund through Revain.
