The sales team was very knowledgeable about their products & services they offer! Very prompt attention when I called/texted them for an appointment or quote request - always friendly!! And if there is anything remotely wrong with my equipment (which has been rare) it gets fixed immediately. No complaints here at all. !! We have used most of our local AV companies over time but never had any luck getting reliable service from anyone else until now. ! They are just so professional that you know everything will be taken care off properly by this crew- nothing ever goes unnoticed nor untended upon as far as servicing us business owners go. . !! Our clients love how well these guys treat everyone like family even though sometimes customers can get rather rude once given information regarding pricing etc.. But again not one complaint EVER received during almost 3 years since contracting work done through Freemen which includes multiple locations throughout Toronto area! Great Service!!
