I'm writing this review while sitting on standby with Polk for 32 minutes so far and wanted to let everyone know what I think of Polk. I have had Polk gear for my house and boat and have never had a problem before. Long story short I bought these speakers as an upgrade for my boat and they have been AMAZING. Great sound with just my head unit, and then one of the tweeters fell off the speaker, dangling like dried fruit on a vine. The time to send them back to Revain was over, but Polk had a one-year warranty. So I went to this website and emailed them how to get warranty information for their product. They emailed me and gave me the information they needed to get started. I sent them the necessary information and waited (add cricket sounds here), NOTHING. So I called them and that brings me back to the beginning of this review, I'm still waiting for an answer to the question "how do I replace this speaker?". It's been 46 minutes and I don't expect anyone to reply now, but their uplifting music motivates me to write this review. In conclusion, I think the product is good, but if something goes wrong after a year, you're screwed. 51 mins .
