I like that it's simple to use, has many features included (such as surveys), is easy for customers/clients who are not tech savvy or don't have access to computers themselves but can still communicate with us via phone etc., allows me flexibility in being able of work from home when needed which saves my time & money! It does take some training at first because you need knowledge about software usage before using this program effectively - however once your up-to date we're very happy users!!
