Mine arrived with scratches and dents. I contacted Revain and they sent a replacement and I sent them back. Spring. The second set arrived the same way. I contacted Revain and they told me to send it back and they will send another one. At this point I informed them that I was tired of returning the goods and the third set was probably damaged as well. I told them I would keep them at a reduced price and just use them. It took about ten minutes for the manager to haggle and talk before agreeing to give me a 10% discount.
