I've been using it as a night serum for years. I also use La Roche Posay Serum which is like a cream. When I'm done with LaRoche, I won't buy it anymore. Unless you are given a prescription, PTR serum is the cream of the crop in retinol. In less than a week I noticed a difference, no kidding. And the results are also summarized. The longer you use it, the better your skin will look and become. I could use every other night if I wanted to, but I don't since I'm 64. I also use it around my eyes and it doesn't irritate. Then I apply eye cream. Everywhere I go I get tons of compliments on my skin. I use it from the chest. This is the only item on a desert island that I would definitely take.
