So after watching a YouTube video or two about making chalkboard labels I became obsessed and bought these. I have seen one person answer 'yes' to the question 'can they be used in cricket'. And I stopped there because it was the right brand and someone said yes. Ah, how wrong. This set of 2 markers is NOT compatible with Cricut (specifically, it doesn't work with my Explore Air 2). There is another set that you need to buy from the same company. These are 5 packs of Gold, Silver, White and Black. Now everything is said. The quality of the markers is excellent. It smudges if you run your fingers over it IMMEDIATELY after writing. But if you give him 10-15 seconds, this kid is going nowhere. If I could handwrite something, that would be perfect for me (but let's face it, that's why I bought Cricut!). So I know it's not the product's fault for not being compatible, but it's extremely inconvenient to buy and wait for another order when I'm making labels for a paying customer.
