Overall I like the concept. I hate black velvet or satin whatever they are because they are too slippery and drives the pup crazy that he can't see them in the dark let alone slippery. It needs a thicker fabric for support, it would be even better if the steps were fabric that you could snap off to throw in the washing machine. The ramp concept is cool but again the fabric is too slippery the pup was too scared to even try to climb it, too steep. To top it off, my 10 year old dog somehow tried to climb the steps, one of the steps broke, it scared him, he won't even try now. He doesn't like smooth fabric.
