I've tried Belkin and they didn't work. The Keyspan adapters worked great, but after Tripp Lite bought them, they stopped updating drivers and the device doesn't work with 64-bit Win 7 Pro machines. I spent hours trying to get one of these to work last week, but the lack of driver support sent them to the dump. In addition to the wasted hours getting this to work, it cost me another 10 hours of driving and two extra nights in a hotel to complete the job. Before leaving the site last week I ordered this cable and hoped for the best. I'm a controls engineer and I bought it specifically for PLC programming and HMI file transfer. It connected perfectly when I connected it to the SLC 5/03 for the first time. Today I connected it to another Allen Bradley PLC but it took me about 30 minutes to resolve the port conflict. This device and Allen Bradley 1747-UIC (DH485) attempted to use the same port. Removing/reinstalling the UIC allowed it to start communicating and then I connected the Sabrent and it worked fine.
