I love the product itself. The hair is easy to work with and very soft as well! It was also a perfect match for my hair color and pictured as so! Comes with some other things such as a comb, small spray bottle, extra wires and even a cute little ponytail holder! For the price, I would strongly suggest for a first time user/buyer. My only draw is I couldn't tell from the product what the weight of the hair would be so I could know if I needed to get a thinner volume. Lesson learned but does not take away from the product itself! I was not expecting much but very pleasantly surprised and looking forward to learning how to master getting this installed without showing through my really thin hair. More than likely user error!
