I use this belt for running. I have an iPhone X that I listen to while running. I was hoping with this product that I wouldn't feel it at all while running, and it is. The fabric (neoprene?) is very soft and stretchy and the strap adjusts very well - I can just tighten it enough that it doesn't bounce or feel too tight. There is an additional key pocket. Here's a tip: Even though there are pre-cut headphone holes on one end of the strap, you'll have an easier time orienting your phone so that the headphone jack is on the "open" end -- the end you'll thread your headphone through your phone. Much easier than trying to insert the headphone plug into one of the small holes. Good product, good price. I've had it for a few months now and it seems to be holding up well. (Note: I was expecting to smell that distinctive aroma that's created when a fitness product is in close proximity to a sweaty body, but this hasn't happened, despite rinsing it with cold water at least once... So this is a another plus point .. .)
