Review on 🚘 High-Performance Aluminum Radiator for 2003-2007 Excursion and F-250 F-350 Super Duty 6.0L Turbo Diesel Powerstroke (4-Row) by Chip Palmer

I ordered this because the shipping speed was faster than other all aluminum radiators in the OEM price range and I needed to get my truck up and running asap. Thinner than factory solid welded brass faucet, came with male fittings for later 6.0 models but my 03 fittings from my old radiator fitted fine (not screwed all the way on but NPT threads are tapered and held in place with about two turns) and I ground a small taper on the inside of the bottom mounting studs. In fact, it cools slightly better than the factory model (I know because my thermostat is stuck in the open position). It's only been two days so we'll see how it holds up. I'm just glad I don't have to worry about the degas return nipple breaking again.
