they work for some but not for others. Out of the blue I put two of the ones that were in the box on my atomizer and after 3 days he went up the window tower and peed. so as not to inject cats, it's not great. but it's great to help a stressed cat, another collar helps my cat who is afraid of my two boys who like to chop them around from about day 2 so she lies everywhere on the main surfaces and plays her little heart. when she enters the living room, she doesn't look around as if she's about to be attacked. We will be moving soon so I bought some boxes to put everyone at ease as it worked wonders to put them at ease. Personally I find they work better than plugins, she's never been more relaxed than having them plugged in everywhere. for almost 2 weeks there was no irritation of the coat.
