I find it really difficult to write this as the watch does the best job of tracking your activity, measuring your heart rate and reminding the user to move as planned during certain periods to guarantee the time . Sitting at work doesn't put any strain on your back. I love the watch but after 9 months of use the strap broke and after searching the internet I found the only thing you can do is send it back to Garmin and they will fix it for a price, which makes me just buy another one and bookmark it to experience it. Not really happy with this as other Garmin watches have interchangeable straps so why not this one? GRRRR. lol So we're learning but the sad part is it's just in a drawer now and the clock/gps/heart tracking is still working fine. So, that's just so you know, DO NOT buy a VivoSport, buy the next one with replacement bands available. By the way, I paid extra for a 3-year warranty and it's not covered. LAME! UPDATE: I contacted GARMIN with my grumbling about the watch strap. They sent me an RMA number and a shipping address in Kansas - I paid $3.48 to ship there.
