One of them actually started leaking when the hose put lateral pressure on it, but you have yet to cut your hoses to the correct length. Some of them were a bit tricky to turn, but once you put the choke on and just turned clockwise you should be able to turn them to the orientation you want fairly easily. I had Corsair 90° swivel fittings for comparison. To be honest they are almost the same.
