4 stars because sometimes brushes work and sometimes they don't! A stiff brush is great for burnt material and sometimes works like an SOS WOOL SPONGE! Then, under the same conditions, he has problems and I have to take something else! Sometimes it scratches the pan and sometimes it doesn't. But the company is great! The first set came with a damaged brush and they sent me an upgraded replacement with a metal sponge which is amazing! A metal sponge can clean water bottles much better, faster and easier than a long-handled bottle brush!
