Our daughter was prescribed an antibiotic eye cream to be applied at night. I bought them so that we can use them hygienically. The sticks are strong; They'll stand up to a preschooler fidgeting when he doesn't want to put on eye cream! I also appreciate that the cotton content of the chopsticks doesn't leave any lint on her eyes. I've also used them to lubricate cuts and I like that they are long so you don't have to get your hands near the cut. Finally, it's great that they come in such a large quantity! We've got them lasting quite a while, and if someone accidentally drops one of these on the floor and puts medicine on it (not that we've done this multiple times) then it doesn't really matter because there are plenty more of these in the pack. !
