Good for Dehydration

I have several chronic medical conditions that make drinking very difficult. I'm constantly dehydrated and it's affecting my kidneys. This camel pack is great because I remember to take small sips more often and I don't lose it as easily if I sip slowly. It helped me stay hydrated. It's harder to remember drinking from a bottle that has to be opened.
