This EGR valve was perfect for my 2001 Saturn SC2. Soon our check engine light was on almost constantly until we ran diagnostics and found that the oxygen sensor valve had failed and that the EGR valve may also have failed. After replacing the O2 valve the light went out for a while but soon came back on. So I replaced the EGR valve. Problem solved. Seems to be a pretty solid unit.
