Using OmniLink iX2 helps improve efficiency while keeping employees safe
The ability to store all of our data in one place makes it easy to find what I am looking for when troubleshooting an issue. It also allows us to be able to see if we are missing any documents that could help us track down issues quicker. The interface can sometimes be difficult to navigate through at first. We have not found anything that we dislike about this product. This has been a great addition to our facility. It has helped us keep track of our calibration history and has allowed us to easily reference previous issues as well as current issues.
Pros
- Allows me access my equipment's information from anywhere
- Easy navigation very intuitive layout, simple yet effective way!
- Highly customizable software available with many different options/options offered (ie database design)
Cons
- Somewhat expensive requires good amount investment into training
