Back pockets torn - jogging pants

I have bought several pairs of these as they look and fit but the quality is very poor. Each of my pairs has a torn back pocket. The material does not stand up to regular use in a pocket (e.g. in a wallet). If you never use the back pockets these pants might work, but only 3 socks ripped from my last purchase. I will not buy BC again.
