Review on Auscamotek by Jim Moody

I was very dissatisfied with Auscamotek's customer support when I recently made a purchase. The business boasts that it stands behind every product it sells, but when I contacted them about a problem with my purchase, they were unhelpful and unresponsive. A dismissive and unapologetic response eventually came from their customer service team after my repeated attempts to contact them. They said they couldn't do anything for me and that I was out of luck. Given their professed commitment to customer fulfillment, I was surprised and disappointed by their apparent lack of interest in my happiness. It is obvious that the business is more concerned with making a profit than with ensuring customer satisfaction. In general, I would not suggest Auscamotek to anyone in search of a trustworthy web shop with responsive support staff. Many other businesses exist that care more about their clients' happiness than they do about making a profit.
