For many years I cut a lemon in half and then used a soup spoon to squeeze the juice from each half. THEN I have to fish out the seeds. This is a small but very effective way to squeeze the juice out of a lemon and keep the seeds out of the juice. I've been cooking a lot of Middle Eastern dishes lately (hummus etc) and this is a godsend. After use, I simply take it apart, rinse under water and let it dry. Since lemon juice contains no oil, it is very easy to peel. Take it! He seems very strong so far (2 weeks) and will probably outlive me.
