Prior to this purchase I bought a different pair of reflective oval cool looking goggles on ebay and the lens when looking through them were not crystal clear (wavy and imperfect) and the goggles fogged even though they were double layered so I decided to go back to a more retro style. In the 90's I usually used Smith Brand goggles. I think these goggles are comparable to Smith Goggles --an older retro shape but functional and fog resistant -- so I highly recommend them if you want goggles that protect your eyes and allow you to see the landscape clearly while you move down the slopes.
