I really liked this backpack for the first 4 months that I have owned it. I teach photography so I use this backpack daily to and from class. At the end of the 3rd month I noticed a small tear at the bottom of the backpack. I overlooked the fact that it's really small and I also really liked the design of the backpack. Go back to 2 months later and now this crack is at the bottom (see pics). In the lower range I usually carry a DSLR, an 18-35mm lens and a 50-100mm lens, both from Sigma. This seam is the only part that ripped, unfortunately that's where I send the most important things and I'm afraid it might rip completely and fall off. If you are purchasing this item please note that having more than 1 lens in this section is probably not worth it. I know it's not perfect, I just don't think the stitching below is very reliable, especially for an expensive item. Update: backpack as of March 21, 2019. Excellent customer service. I will be trying this bag out over the next few months to test and provide additional feedback and hopefully additional stars for your rating.
