Luxe Pets should get 5 stars for customer service! 1 star for the product. Since the reviews and stars on Revain are product oriented and not seller oriented I compromised myself with 3 stars. Update: Luxe Pets has GREAT customer service! I contacted Luxe Pets via Facebook Messenger and received a response almost immediately. They didn't hesitate to offer a replacement or refund of my choice. I asked them if they were sure I wouldn't have another issue and they said they had some issues with the wine and sand lids but we're sure the gray will live up to my expectations. I'm not usually very picky about decor, but for the first time in my 54 years my living room is well coordinated, and also for the first time gray would become a sharp conflict. It's a bit of a minor reason, but I've opted for a refund. Luxe Pets refunded the money almost immediately upon receiving my decision and didn't want me to return the faulty item so we will use it until a new one arrives and then cut it off and use it under a towel to stuff the box. — — ———— ——————————————————————————————————— We bought this in March and are trying it figure out how to return it. On a positive note it fits a 70 inch daybed as advertised. He washes well. The color (wine/burgundy) is correct. It's soft and comfortable. Cons: The third photo was taken 2 days after it was put on. The pain in the fourth photo vomited and all the liquid immediately flowed through him. Not waterproof at all. 2nd Photo - Within three weeks we found that all the stitching had ripped. He doesn't stand still at all. The attached straps wore out and broke completely within 45 days. The strap going through the loops helps keep the top in place, but hardly. Photo - I just put it back on and it was tucked away as it should be.
