It is easy to use and it's free! I like how you can create multiple groups of people by using different roles or departments in your organization as well as assign tasks and projects to them. You can also share files with others through SharePoint (or OneDrive) so everyone has access at once. The platform feels outdated and doesn't have all the features we need such as integration with Salesforce or Slack - but those things will come eventually. Try out the trial version first before committing yourself. They offer 30 days of free usage which should be enough time to determine if they're right for you.
