Please see the reasons for the poor rating below. The quality is good, delivery and packaging are also great, and the product generally makes a solid impression. Communication with the seller is terrible, they never answered me. I had a problem installing on a 1 1/4 inch hitch receiver. I removed the 2" adapter per the manufacturer's instructions to use 1 1/4", the post just didn't go all the way in. Locking pin, it's too tight, I used lube and a rubber mallet to get it halfway. I use the hitch for other things and I have no problem, the adapters or hitch ball go in and out freely with no issues. Until now I still can't use the stand, my old stand goes in and out with no problem I messaged the seller on June 24th about the problem, the seller never replied to me. I'm not sure if it's just a defect but the seller never contacted me to try to fix it. I'll post videos/photos later. I wouldn't recommend buying for use with a 1 1/4" receiver. And what's worse as I can't get any help from the seller I decided to sand down the paint to match now it comes in but the Pin holes are not aligned with the standard hitch/receiver mounts, my hitch has a safety stop and won't let any adapter go further, this rack is just awful for use on 1 1/4".
