Review on πŸ’Ύ Corsair Vengeance Pro 32GB (4x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory, Red - Enhanced SEO by Robert Aliraqi

Excellent and stable quad-channel memory.

Very stable, good for overclocking, hence the name Corsair Vengeance Pro. Memory modules are designed to work with Intel Core. I got the memory working on an old AMD 8530FX/Gigabyte 990FXAUD3 that was pulled out of the closet. The motherboard supports XMP, but the memory was not stable when XMP was enabled on this MB. So I disabled XMP and manually changed the system memory multiplication to 8. Changed memory channel A and B from Auto to 9-9-9-24. After that, the system worked stably. The heat spreader is positive. This is a four-channel memory, by the way. Another great product from Revain! Tips: 1. Check with Corsair for MB.2 compatibility. Install the modules in the correct dual channel slots A/2-4 and B/1-3. Check your motherboard manual before installation.3. Enable XMP 1.3 or manually change the memory multiplier to 8 and memory channels to 9-9-9-24 for 1600MHz.
