My keyboard arrived and looked decent. The packaging was a plain brown box with a keyboard inside a ziplock plastic bag. The battery cover broke but stayed in place so honestly I didn't mind. I ended up returning it because it drained 3 batteries in about 3 days of use. I actually only used it for about 2 hours, but the battery life seems to have been consistent.
