My buzzer didn't work even a year after it stopped working. I still have 2 calls and no buzzer. The buzzer was in my building, away from any weather or the elements, so it should have had a much longer lifespan. I messaged the seller to ask if they would agree to replacing the buzzer. They asked me if I changed the battery and answered all these questions to determine if there is a fixable issue. I explained that I had already bought new batteries that ended up costing more but to no avail and did my best to troubleshoot. The result of all this correspondence was the possibility of a 30% discount when buying a brand new set, accompanied by a 24-hour link. I couldn't get the message before the link expired, so I missed this opportunity. The vendor made it extremely difficult to find an acceptable or reasonable solution which resulted in me dropping this product and purchasing a Ring doorbell instead. I would not recommend this product. Not durable and don't expect a replacement. Customer service is bad.
