I've had these measuring spoons for a few months now and I have to say that of all my kitchen items these are the most used items and favorite tools I have! As we currently live in a world where there are more complaints than compliments and where the cons often outweigh the pros, I thought I should step up and talk about a product that I am completely happy with! At the same time, I also know that what might be important to me might NOT be important to someone else, so below are the reasons I love these scoops. 1) Their design allows them to be placed in most containers. As you can see in the picture, each measuring spoon has a round spoon on one end and a narrow spoon on the other. This is very handy because if you need to squeeze it into a tight hole (like when you need to get spices out of a spice jar) you can do this, but at the same time if shape doesn't matter or you want to measure wet ingredients, you can You just use the round one on the other end in the same way. 2) It feels like you have 2 sets of scoops instead of one. Bought 2 sets of spoons. When following recipes, there are usually multiple ingredients that call for the same size — some are wet and some are dry — say, for example, you might need a tablespoon of flour and a tablespoon of water. Before I got them, this meant I had to either remember to measure out the dry ingredients before the wet so I could use the same spoon again, or I had to measure out the wet ingredients first and then wash and dry the spoon just around the dry ones measure ingredient. But as these spoons have two heads it doesn't matter what I do first as I can use one side for wet food and the other for dry food - for example I only used 2 spoons instead of one so one less thing to think about got to. o.3) It is strong - does not bend and does not look fragile. Sometimes I stir my coffee with it and see no change due to the heat. 4) It's dishwasher safe - I've washed it a few times and I don't see any rusting or signs of the measurement labels being worn off. (that's what happened to a lot of my other scoops). 5) Spoon sizes are accurate. Just to make sure the spoons have the right amount to label, I read the contents of the spoon to make sure the spoon has the right amount of weight. So I took a tablespoon, put it on the scale, ground it to 0, then added cornstarch. Knowing that there should be 7.5g in a tablespoon of cornstarch, I added the cornstarch to the tablespoon until it reached 7.5g, and when I did that, the cornstarch lined up right with the spoon, so those spoons went by volume and weight are accurate. 6) Storage is very convenient As you know, this product is very easy if you want to keep them together because the spoons are magnetized; However, the magnets are also strong enough that you can stick them to the fridge or even a metal wall bar if you want to keep them there. I rarely love a product enough to give it 5 stars but these spoons, along with some stainless steel measuring cups I just bought, to me were the epitome of perfection so I couldn't help but let everyone know If you buy them, you won't regret it!
