I spent most of the day fitting them to my 2003 Lexus LS. No matter which end I plugged in first, they just didn't fit. I was able to hook them in, but I couldn't get the locking pin into the hole due to the angle the head makes with the hood or body. They were kind enough to offer a full refund on prepaid shipping. One of the locking pin clips was also missing, but any small pin will do, so I tried installing them anyway. mike
