Review on 🔥 Efficiently Warm Your Small Room with the Vornado SRTH Tower Heater: Personal, Black by Jasmine Young

Situational great

FYI: I work at a hospital in Florida where the air conditioning runs 363 days a year. My office is a 10x10 room that had everything from the janitor's toilet, the minister's office, the pantry and finally my office. The size of this room changed every time the date changed. Somehow, in the process, the air conditioning has degraded to the point that as soon as you walk into my office, you can measure a ten degree drop on a good day and a fifteen degree drop on a bad day. My hands actually get stuck in the position they are in after typing for a few days. Where I work, heaters are against the rules, so I needed something small to tuck away in my desk at the end of the day - ENTER WORNADO! The heat coming from two desktops isn't enough to fix this. My colleague's heater from the 1980s does an excellent job of warming the person it's aimed at, but not the room. This heater does an excellent job of heating the room to the point where I have to turn it off for comfort when patients are away from my office for an extended period of time. If the door is opened more than twice an hour all the heat this thing builds up just goes away, which is to be expected I guess, but I've had other home heaters that handle this situation better. My main issue is that the air coming out of this thing doesn't seem hot enough. If you touch most heaters with your hand, the escaping air will feel like it is burning your hand. I can hold this hand for well over a minute and it doesn't feel uncomfortably hot, which is probably good if you have young children, but bad if you're struggling with an artificial winter that your office's maintenance department says you have it can not be repaired . . . The rollover switch off works great too. Overall I like this heater. Just to get warmer.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Lots of stuff
