I live in rural Northwest Arizona. Pack rats love to chew on car and boat cables. Another type of ultrasound I use but one of them doesn't seem to work anymore so I bought it. Like other ultrasonic sensors, I hung one on the open hood. Then install the motion camera. That night the Pakrat spent an hour in the engine compartment. The cute little fagot didn't seem bothered by the light or the supposed sound. He returned the next night, and the peanut butter trap was his end. The light is weak, and the light is one of Pakrys' deterrents. At least for me it was a waste of money. Disappointed to say the least. The first one star review I've ever written.
