This is my second one and I hope I have better luck than the first one I bought.
I bought the first one that has a vent mount so I can see my phone's maps when I'm driving. When I first put the stylus on the phone and then tried it on the vent mount, my phone was in an awkward position. So I tried taking the popgrip off to adjust it better and it will snap! I kept trying to put it back together and even searched the internet for a way to fix it, but apparently it was too far.
