Absolutely essential if you only have one commercial/residential pump
I have purchased a quality vacuum pump which is proving to be mainly for commercial/residential air conditioning. This way the connectors will not be connected to the R134a car hose. I called the pump manufacturer and strangely they had no solutions. I was about to return the pump because the listing said it would work with all AC applications then I found this adapter and now the pump is perfect for cars and other applications. .This pump along with a micrometer gauge allows you to service your car/truck and more.
