Great swim / sun jacket! I bought this for sun protection on a trip to the Caribbean. I'm 5'4" and weigh 165, usually fitting size 10-12. I bought a size 12 in this jacket. It fit snug enough, with a little extra room so it looks fine being worn as a jacket when not in the water. I could swim comfortably in it, like I was wearing a swimsuit. When it was wet, I didn't feel too hot in it at all in that hot climate. I think a size 10 would have worked for me if I wanted to wear it as snug and tight as a swimsuit.
