Review on Patrol-IT by Philip Latham

The ability to have everything done online with out having someone there at all times, great customer service that actually answers questions instead if telling you they can't help but really helpful people who are willing assist when needed even after hours or weekends! I wish it had more features like being able to customize what type work orders need input from different departments not just dispatch only as well other things we would be happy about adding those also so far i'm very pleased with this product!!
