The system has been very easy to use, it was intuitive from the start without any training needed which saved me money! The best part about this software, it's that you can monitor your employees from anywhere (even when they are not at their desk). It also allows to create different groups with specific permissions so we have been able to assign roles depending if someone needs more or less access than others. The software gives us all we need to know about our employees, their safety records (DVSA) etc., it's easy enough that even non techies can use without hassle at anytime during working hours! The ability to have everything done online with out having someone there at all times, great customer service that actually answers questions instead if telling you they can't help but really helpful people who are willing assist when needed even after hours or weekends!
