The system has been very easy to use, it was intuitive from the start without any training needed which saved me money! It's also great that you can send your team out with iPads instead of laptops so they have access all day long even when not working within the office using their own wifi hotspot.
Sometimes there are issues where we need to reload or refresh the app but this happens every few days usually solved by restarting our Iphones devices. We were looking at cloud software like Salesforce CRM but felt as if its too expensive considering how simple patrol IT made things seemlessly compared to other more complex options available such as Sage 50 HRMS/CRM etc.. Our main benefit is having multiple people who work remotely in different locations from one central hub.
